Jennifer Hayden, LMSW

Hello! I am Jennifer Hayden, a passionate child, adolescent, and family therapist. I work with kids ages 5 through young adulthood and have a specialization in working with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and behavioral challenges. With a background in School Social Work, I am uniquely qualified to help with school challenges and collaborate closely with school staff to help your child thrive academically and socially. 

In sessions, I integrate art and play, making therapy a fun and meaningful experience for your child. My approach blends traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and talk therapy interventions with play and art interventions. I believe in utilizing a child's strengths and interests to help them feel safe, connected, and engaged in therapy. I also value parental involvement in the process and am committed to supporting you in your parenting journey.

As a parent of two Autistic children, I understand both the joys and challenges of raising a child with unique needs. Specializing in neurodiverse affirming therapy,  I harness your child's unique strengths and interests, ensuring that each session is tailored to their individual needs.
