We are currently building a team of curious and compassionate clinicians who specifically work with kids and adolescents.
It seems as though many people are approaching the conversation surrounding the mental health crisis from the vantage point of increasing access to care. While we, of course, believe in increasing access for clients, we also see a gap in this conversation: therapist burnout.
Because of that, we have developed a structure for our clinicians that prioritizes therapist wellbeing (which we are pretty dang excited about). This structure includes flexible part-time and full-time W2 opportunities, supervision, comprehensive benefits, thoughtfully and ergonomically designed office spaces, in office/remote/hybrid options, paid time off, and parental leave.
Because when therapists are holistically cared for, their clients also benefit.
