By integrating evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with individuals to develop practical strategies for managing their mental health and achieving their goals. I also enjoy working with families and helping parents reconnect with their children and find healthy ways for both parties to communicate with one another.

I also bring a rich background in education including extensive experience as a classroom teacher, behavior interventionist, school counselor, and special education teacher. I am uniquely equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the developmental needs and educational challenges young people face. I enjoy helping partner with schools and families to provide wrap-around care.
